About me and my practice

I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor, which means that I have trained in different cou seeling approaches. I work with adult clients depending on their personal needs. I apply humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic skills and theory or Motivational Interviewing during our cou selling journey.

Together we will find a way of working that is tailored to your needs

Experience

As well as private practice where I offer counselling sessions in-person or online via zoom. I previously provided individual therapy as a volunteer counsellor for the mental health charity Mind and also was a Bereavement Support Volunteer at St Christopher's hospice

Qualifications

Currently studying Diploma for Sexual Abuse

CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Skills and theory

Level 3: Certificate in Counselling Studies
